    The self photo studio is a private session where you take your own photos using our professional setup. Sessions are time-based depending on your package.

    We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome, but you may need to wait if there are existing bookings.

  • No — all photobooths operate on a first come, first served basis.

    During busy days, we offer a virtual queue system. Simply scan the QR code in-store to get your number. You can leave and come back when you’re close (we recommend returning when there are 2–3 sessions ahead of you).

    During peak hours, wait times may apply.

  • Our classic photobooth can comfortably fit up to 8 people.

    We’ve had even bigger groups make it work — but 8 is the ideal number for a comfortable experience.

  • Each session in the classic photobooth lasts around 5 to 5.5 minutes from start to finish.

    Some guests finish in as little as 2 minutes, while others use the full time — it’s up to you.

  • In the classic photobooth (with flash):

    • You take 10 photos

    • You select 4–8 photos (depending on the frame design)

    • Your selected photos are printed

  • No — each session is fixed.

    The classic photobooth already includes 10 shots, so you’ll have options to choose from. To keep things fair for everyone, retakes are not allowed.

  • No — the keyring itself costs €3.

    Photos are not included. To use your photos, you’ll need to do a photobooth session (€5–€6 depending on the booth).

    On non-busy days, our staff may assist — but this is not guaranteed.

  • Please contact us and we’ll generate a new link.

    Include:

    • Booth number (if available)

    • Date and time of your visit

  • For classic photobooth sessions, photos are stored for 2 weeks. After that, we cannot retrieve them.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t have access to regenerate QR codes for the Korean photobooth.

  • No — we’re flexible.

    If you notify us in advance, we can move your session to another time or day. Your session time will not be reduced.

  • Yes — many clients use our studio for professional photos.

    We recommend Package 1 (10 minutes) for quick and efficient sessions like LinkedIn portraits.

  • Yes — ID photo sessions are available for €5, regardless of size requirements.

  • Yes.

    We allow a short preparation time before your session starts. Just be mindful if there is another booking after yours.

  • We accept cash and card payments.

  • Yes — refunds are processed and typically take a few days.

  • No — we only share photos with your permission.

  • Yes — pets are welcome.
